Refund policy
1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items.
If you would like to return a product, please contact info@shannonboyleartistryeducator.com within 14 days of receiving your order. No returns will be accepted without prior email authorisation.
You may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 10 days of purchase, with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you via email within a reasonable timeframe to confirm whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less a 10% processing fee to cover administrative and card processing costs.
Please note:

Only full-priced products are eligible for a refund.

Sale items, training deposits, and online courses are non-refundable.
Refunds may not be granted if:

The product matches its description and functions as intended.

You have changed your mind or the item did not meet your expectations.

The purchase was made in error.

You lack the expertise to use the product.

The product was damaged after delivery or altered in any way.
However, we value all of our customers and review each case individually to ensure a fair resolution.

2. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact info@shannonboyleartistryeducator.com promptly with your order details and a description (or photo) of the defect.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether a replacement will be issued.
If approved, a replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost.
3. Exceptions
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

Online courses or digital content
4. Shipping
Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges listed on your invoice.
You are responsible for prepaying and insuring return shipments, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
We are not liable for lost or damaged items during return transit.
Any approved refunds will exclude the original shipping costs.
5. Order Discrepancies
If you notice any issue with your order (such as missing or incorrect items), please contact us within 10 days of receiving your parcel.
Unfortunately, any discrepancies reported after this period cannot be verified or resolved.
