1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability.
If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will contact you by email and offer one of the following options:

Ship your full order once the missing item becomes available.

Offer an alternative product of equal value.

Credit your account with the value of the missing product (to use toward your next purchase).

Refund the unavailable item(s) in full via your original payment method.
2. Delivery Time
Northern Ireland orders placed on a business day before 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the same day via Royal Mail. Orders placed from Ireland on a business day before 1:00pm will processed and shipped on the same day via DPD. Orders placed after the cut off period will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Please allow additional time during busy periods, holidays, or promotional events.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note: we do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

Occasionally, products may be sent in separate shipments to ensure faster delivery.
3. Delivery Instructions
You can add special delivery instructions at checkout.
We will always do our best to accommodate requests; however, these cannot be guaranteed once your parcel has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £100 and free tracked Ireland DPD delivery on all orders over €150
For orders under this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your total order weight and delivery address.
Additional fees may apply for large, heavy, or remote-area deliveries.
All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.
5. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@shannonboyleartistryeducator.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (both product and packaging).
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
